The Cathedral is being refurbished at the moment so not all areas are available to view. A beautifully constructed stone building that has been on the move over the years, fascinating and wonderful to see. I would study its history first before visiting, not much tourist information is/was available when we visited.

Do yourself a favor and relax in Troyes. Cathedral is stark with great rose window. This village is not overrun by us and is very halftimbered enjoy a little part of france

Large. Check times when it is open. Not crowded at all. Loved the stained glass. Excellent example of gothic cathedral.

A must see if you visit Troyes. There are several interesting churches in town but this is the cathedral. The gothic building with only one tower is located on the place where the Ordr of the Knight Templar was formed and is known for its stained-glass windows, as are most of Troyes' churches.
