“Art Nouveau at it's best”

Quite by accident my husband and I happened by this lovely building as we strolled the area on an afternoon. I first spotted the incredible door, then realized the whole building was special. The details, down to the door hinges, are beautiful. Just one of Paris' hidden gems! More

A few years ago we rented a flat around the corner from this lovely building. My husband and I are both architecture buffs who like to take photos and we had a field day here. It's beautiful! This is not a major sight in Paris, but it's a very quick walk from the Eiffel Tower and not to be missed if you like Art Noveau architecture. I saw it today! Also check out the incredible back of this building (in the alley) with tremendous gate and view of the Eiffel Tower. a treat! More
