If you are a Picasso buff, this is great. If you are not, it is really good. The set up really enhances the various periods of the man's life and the effects on his work. The war periods, for instance are dark and grim. The love episodes, surprisingly, not so dark !! Hey, he lived here, in this building too... More

Not a trip for young kids. Even if they like art work the "blue" period is too much darkness for the soul. More

Still underoing renovation, sadly. But when it is open, iIt is one of the most attractive museums for me - I like Picasso and moren art. It also has a delightful outdoor restaurant in the warmer months. I can't remember whether there is easy wheelchair access or not. More

There is a lot of Picasso's work here from all his periods. You havent seen Picasso until you've been here. Relatively small museum, but worth the time. More

Visited Paris in early July and were also disappointed to find Picasso Museum still closed, as were the many others we saw that day! Wanted to round out our Picasso experience, having seen his works in Spain. Maybe next time! More

We were hoping to see Picasso's beautiful art on March 14, 2010 but were disappointed to find that it was closed for renovation. Can't really rate this attraction since we weren't able to go in. We had heard that it might be closed and had checked their website which didn't mention anything about renovation. The sign in front reported that... More

Even if you care nothing about the paintings, sculptures, and pottery of the artist Picasso, his private collection of paintings by Matisse, Renoir, Degas, Van Gogh and others is a must see. Equally, you have to see one of the most beautiful buildings in all of Paris. The grandeur and opulence of the interior of this 17th century mansion is... More
