This is a beautiful park that is off the tourist track but well known by locals for its grottos and panoramic views of Paris. I visited on a Sunday afternoon and--despite an unexpected hailstorm--it did not disappoint with its views of the Sacré-Coeur. The park was also populated enough to feel safe during the day without being overly crowded. More
