This is a very beautiful Parisian Palais, and a very welcome escape from the Hustle and Bustle of the surrounding streets. Perfect to grab a baguette and enjoy it in the surrounds of the Palais, with its symmetrical gardens changing dramatically with each season. I love that this place is hidden away behind the walls. Only the curious and learned know it is there. Beautiful shops line the park including Pierre Hardy and Marc Jacobs. Also shop to buy your Legion of Honor pin. More

The outside of the building is no more impressive than many of the buildings around but the tranquil gardens are the prettiest we saw, including versailles, although that is a tough comparsion due to the size, these are small and quiet, unlike crowded massive versailles. More
