A Parisian recommended I go take a tour of the Opera and it wzs unbelievable. You do not have to be an opera fan to enjoy the tour. It is a mix of history and beautiful architecture. For an 8 Euro charge, an unaccompanied visit to the opera house was enjoyable. This building is so beautiful and worth at least a quick visit. There is a convenient metro stop and it doesn't take too long to tour although I lingered when I visited because I enjoyed it so much. more
