Not my favorite in Paris, though it is decent and fun to walk on, just not necessarily for a destination. Wouldn't entirely recommend staying there. The bistros seem really expensive. More

great food shopping...or even antiques on certain dates...wonderful bistros....at the end is Rue st Dominique with great resturants.. Very Left bank area.. Worth the visit More

Got this tip from Rick Steves book. Great little pedestrian street with many outdoor vendors. Found lots of palces to buy picnic supplies. More

We stayed iin this little neighborhood for our week in Paris. Shops, food, restaurants - character of the place were all very French. Close to the Metro and Eiffel Tower. Many shops, restaurants and other establishments in any direction away from Rue Cler were worth seeing as well. Cute little shops line the street and awnings cover most of the sidewalks...very Parisien! There are fantastic cheese shops, produce, charcuteries, cafes, and flower shops all around. Take your time and taste some wonderful french goodies! More

We were staying aprox 3 blocks away on Rue Amalie and we had breakfast and supper in the area on several of our 5 days in Paris. Don't miss this area if you are staying nearby More

My wife and I enjoyed rue Cler and the surrounding area very much. We stayed in a hotel on the street. Would you like it? Well, you have to go, then decide for yourself. If you haven't been to Paris, do as much research and reading as you can, and look at opinions. Look at Google maps and punch down... More

Great range of places to eat and to buy food. Worth a trip if you are local not far from the the ET. Overall not the market it is built up to be but very nice none the less. More
