My husband, daughter and myself did a Market Tour/Cooking demonstration day. We have been to Paris several times, done the museum thing, done the shopping, so wanted to do something completely different....and it did not disappoint! Our guides, Patrick (le vieux) and Patrick (le jeune) were informative, friendly. The translators fantastic (although as Canadians we were able to understand the... More

Le Cordon Bleu is on my list every time i visited Paris. Learning the French way and tradition of cooking, bread making, improving skills and discoveries of new perspective i found it here. Last Feb 2012, i took a french traditional bread making course; It was really enjoyable and informative, a very interactive and hands-on course. At the end, I'm... More

We took a short 1/2 day Intro To French Regional Cuisine class and let me tell you, it was a blast. So much more hands on than I had ever imagined. We made chicken fricasse and it was delicious. I would highly recommend this or any of the other short classes they offer. Really a GREAT time. More

On my last trip to Paris, I went to two cooking demonstrations at Le Cordon Bleu. The first one was an evening class on food and wine pairing featuring red varietal wines, and the second was an afternoon class highlighting fresh foods from the Paris markets. Both classes were in French with an English translator and both were a dream... More

I had the opportunity to attend a 3 hour class with Chef Patrick Terrien with 20 culinary school graduates. The class was done very well and the food that was served was superb. The staff member that served as a translator did a great job in her interpreting as well as making sure all questions were answered. More

Just returned from 6 glorious weeks in Paris and several cooking courses. Life long dream was to attend Cordon Bleu and I wasn't disappointed! Unfortunately I didn't realise that I could have had a full day course including demonstration and hands-on cooking so I had to make do with the demonstration. "In Honor of Julia Child" was a wonderful demo... More

I was in Paris alone this last time ,and finally decided to get a Cordon Bleu atelier . Some of them last 1/2 day , some last 1 full day or 2 , depending on your choice. It was a perfect decision !! !My first atelier was "Food and wine pairing", starting at 7:30 PM until 11 pm (so it... More

You canNOT pass this opportunity up if you're a foodie and in Paris. It's well worth 3 hours of your time, and we really felt immersed in the culture. They speak perfect English, the chef was (surprisingly!) an entertaining teacher, and the food was amazing!!! We did a morning demo seminar on Saturday and got to taste 3 courses. Loved... More

I did the four hour "secrets of macarons" class and thoroughly enjoyed it! Chef Cotte was great and I did learn some tips and tricks to take home. The staff at the school that I was in contact with before I got to France, and then on the day, were very friendly and welcoming. I would certainly recommend food-lovers to... More

What a wonderful experience !!! The 5 classes were amazing and outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed the classes. The chefs who taught the classes were true professionals in every way. 3 of the classes were hands on cooking and very interesting. The staff we met at Le Cordon Bleu were very cordial and inviting to the school. We are planning to... More
