I traveled the TGV from Geneva to Paris and back in first class. It is clean, efficient, and very well run. It's departures from both ends were spot on time as were arrivals. As a seasoned air traveler and living in a country (the Philippines) where rail travel has been allowed to deteriorate horribly - and coming from a country... More

I ordered some online tickets from TGV-Europe.com. They've been sent with the wrong date on the them. Unfortunately, TGV-Europe says they couldn't possibly have made a mistake and won't change i. !!!BEWARE!!! More

The speed makes it very convenient to travel with leaving from and arriving directly in the heart of each city : London, Paris Brussels. More

I wanted to rate it as very good, but recent experiences have forced me to be less enthusiastic. I use Eurostar very regularly. I'm a great advocate of the service. It is generally far better than the airline equivalent services. The problems: well the premium services simply aren't worth the extra cost. They used to be really outstanding. There is... More

I have now traveled both on French TGV and Italian Eurostar and the Chunnel Eurostar. It is the way to travel in Europe. I only wish they had trains like these in the states. They are on time, clean, very fast, and quiet. I always travel 1st class as it is usually less crowded, more luggage space, and has more... More

I traveled from Germany, to France, then Belgium and Netherlands. The France tvg is by far the worst in term of train comfort and technology. The booking system is the only one doesn't allow print at home, it must be printed at the station. And of course, those machine doesn't have the best English labels on them. My first attempt... More

Did a roundtrip London to Paris in Business Premiere on Eurostar. Service was excellent and departure lounge in London was very clean and efficient. The Paris Business Premiere Lounge needs a good cleaning. Windows are dirty, maintenance guy was buffing the dirty floors, giving a nice patina to what really needed a good mopping and scrubbing. The men's room floor... More

Seems like it's impossible to buy TGV tickets over the internet (like any airline can manage so easily). SNCF.com will only accept French credit cards. Other sites insist on posting you the ticket (not convenient if you are already travelling). Fortunately our journey ended in Geneva i.e. Switzerland and SBB (Swiss Railways) let us book the ticket on-line on their... More

Eurostar to London - clean, well-organized and fast. What's not to like? Much cheaper if you can buy your ticket 3 months in advance - I paid 88 euro r/t. More
