Come here for crepes, bread, fruits, flowers or just wander around. It's pretty compact so get something to eat and have a picnic elsewhere. Friendly enough people.

This is probably the best market in Paris. Everywhere in Paris, you can find small or big markets, but this one is not only big, but still authentic. Parisians I know have their favourite sellers, but I think you should look around first and then see what you would like to buy. You have a good choice of organic vegetables...

Great for a visit on a Sunday early morning. I didn’t see any souvenirs, but the food stalls are wonderful. The fruit, vegetables, cheese and fish are a visual party for your eyes and not so expensive. There’s also a chance for you to find a nice orchestrate playing next to the market on Bastille side. Just avoid the Bastille...

This market was the best we found for "tourist" shopping and is located close to the Bastille metro. Lots of gifts to buy at reasonable prices and a bit different from other markets and tourist areas. There is still lots of produce to buy, again at good prices. We had a ham and cheese crepe for 3.50 euros which was great. Nutella...

Lovely fresh fruit & veg, cheeses, dried meats, salami etc. Couple of yummy take away food stalls at the Bastille end. This market allows you a bit of elbow room - space for kids and parents with buggies and the elderly with...
