A must for every visit. Sadly the atmosphere is spoilt by too many of we visitors - well, that's Paris. It is crowded in the Louve, Notre Dame and all the other great and wonderful sites of this charming city. More

The small island is surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the city but it certainly has a character different from that. Lovely day out and ample seating. Lots of cafes around, but the Conciergerie is not worth 12 Euros 50. More
