As an historic structure it is superb and in excelletn condiution where you can walk all the way around it from the outside. Internally however you do not really get to see anything since it has been converted to being a 3D cinema showing a 22 minute film of some of the town's more memorable 'heroes'. From the outside, this building is a masterpiece of Roman Temple architecture. Inside, gone is the great stature of the Emperor Augustus, and all there is to see for the hefty admission cost is a coarse Disney-style 3D movie on Roman gladiators and other aspects of Roman public entertainment. it had a 30 min video in 3D which was in English subtitles - very interesting and a pleasant surprise. It's only the outside that is visible - inside, other than the film room, is not open to the public. Well worth it. More
