A retro guided tour in a 2CV in Lille.Suffering from nostalgia for the cartoon Frog with his beret, baguette and famous 2CV?Then come and join us for a unique day out! Riding in the famous “duck” you really feel the vroom-vroom of its giant engine! Like it, you lean over at every bend in the road and breathe in the odour of its upholstery! And if the weather’s right, you’ll tackle the cobbled streets of Lille with your hair blowing in the wind. Your driver-guide will tell lots anecdotes about Lille at every nook and cranny of the route and can advise you on the best places to go…This is for all those who like a touch of nostalgia on holiday. It's a bit of a cliché, but what's wrong with that? So if your idea of France is of a cartoon Frog with his beret and baguette, the only thing missing is the famous 2CV car or "duck" as they used to be known.Lille is a good city to take a tour in a 2CV; the streets are narrow and though the cobbles might be a tad uncomfortable, you'll feel like a native.You're driven around by a knowledgeable driver-guide who will provide you with all the information you want. Tours vary from half an hour to 90 minutes and the cost is per person. A half-hour tour is 15 euros per person if there are three of you or 20 euros per person for two; the traditional one hour tour is 28 euros per person for three or 35 per person for two.
