This is amedium sized museum,and they have done avery nice job with it. It is also a short walk to the british cemetary from there. If you have time you will not be dissapointed. I liked the little French flags painted on some of the American made equiptment, enjoy. more

On a recent visit to Normandy to see the Beaches of the D-Day Landings that my uncle took part in I was really impressed with this museum and what I saw in it. The uniforms, weaponry, ensignia, etc., of all soldiers, sailors, paratroopers, etc., and the poignant reminders of that terrible war! The most thought provoking and stirring of the... more
