It was a lovely day spent in her kitchen learning about Provencal cooking as well as talking about life. It was the highlight of our two week trip to France. At the end... more

Tessa and Larbi seamlessly integrated us into their daily routine and ensured we had a fantastic gourmet week of experiences. The cooking experience was 'hands on' which provided a great learning environment. Every... more

After traveling through France and northern Italy for about 10 days, we spent an idyllic 2 days in Tessa's home--cooking, visiting the market and the lovely town of Aix, meeting her friends, wandering her garden and generally having the time of our lives. The learning--about local and fresh ingredients--was matched by the living--wonderful food (that we helped make), great conversation... more

Tasty, good, and well - balanced meals. Except, you have... more
