The theatre festival is extremely interesting to experience: all around you see the theatre group members trying to attract you to their presentation. It is a real theatre in its' self in the town for several weeks. Unfortunately most presentations are in French but in 2011 we enjoyed two childrens' theatres early in the morning. The 10:th most visited tourist-attraction in France. From the 14:th century. 15.000m² big stone-palace. 650.000 visiters/year. Situated close to the place for the Avignon Festival. Absolutely one of the coolest experinces i have ever had in my life! Love the annual festival. Live street performances!!! Great tallent- like nothing i have ever seen before. Cool posters on the street to snag too ;) I will never forgot thean who eats cigarettes as an act. Yuck.
