We visited the museum in May 2009 and were there on a Saturday morning at opening time. There was only a brief line, maybe 10-15 people ahead of us, so that was not a problem. The collection is mostly centered around the work Picasso did while living in Antibes and so these are later works in his career. This is... more

We had to wait in line outside the museum, in the pouring rain. They only let a few people in at a time, even though it didn’t seem very crowded. I expect in busy times, this wait can be quite lengthy. The museum was large, and open. They have other modern artists’ work here too. Picasso himself spent a few... more

I finally got to see the Musee Picasso in Paris and just loved it! It was perfect timing in November, so there were no lines and only one large group. Museums in Paris are very affordable and usually free for children under 18. Musee Picasso has fantastic exhibits, I just wish that more pages of Picasso's drawing books (carnets) were... more
