We had planned a day visiting the Matisse Chapel at Vence and the Foundation Maeght at St Paul's. We caught the 400 bus from the Gare Routiere. When the bus hadn't arrived by the stated time, we wondered if we had misread the timetable or were waiting in the wrong place. A small number of other people were also waiting.... More

We have been many times over many years. Still a lovely place with an architecturally interesting building and wonderful permanent art along with special exhibitions. More

This museum, a short walk or drive up the hill from the medieval part of St Paul, is well worth a visit if you appreciate modern sculptures. The building and gardens are also lovely. THis is definitely worth a visit. Closeby St-Paul. Fantastic art work and beautiful building and setting. One of the nicest art places in the area. More

We had heard a lot about the Maeght Foundation and were looking forward to visiting it after enjoying the Chagall and Matisse galleries in Nice. An fairly easy walk from the village, the Foundation is a must visit when in St. Paul de Vence. Interior and Exterior exhibitions are well presented. More
