No trip to Chamonix should neglect going up to what feels like touching distance of the top of Mont Blanc. Worth buiying the Mont Blanc unlimited pass just to do this trip.

We snowboarded in the foothills of Mont Blanc and it is trully a sight to behold. Travelling underneath the mountain via the Mont Blanc tunnel to Courmayeur in Italy is a must!

Mont Blanc is a beautiful mountain, winter or summer. It is great for skiing, although not in the standard groomed-resort-kind of way, it is more wild, off-piste skiing, close to nature and the views sourrounding you are breath-taking. The town of Chamonix and the area is nice, lots of good restaurants, entertaining bars and nice shops, especially for sports goods....
