An amasing building and very helpful staff but be aware it is a 'no clothes' only place, we were a little phased but the odd feeling soon wore off. More

Not for the modest! I decided to be brave and check it out. It's very regulated in how you should go through the various stages of the bath. I happened to go on a "segregated" day which I appreciated for my first experience of this type. I did the Premium package for 41 euro and had the soap scrub (soft... More

I love the fact that I can walk in and bring nothing with me except the clothes on my back. Towels and shoes are included in the price. Go for the extra soap massage and lotion massages for added luxury! I felt way more relaxed after the massages at the Friedrichsbad than I did after the 50 minute massage at... More

Never been nude in a public setting, but I was willing today for the sake of adventure. I took my pants off in a private changing room, and proceeded to have a hysterical anxiety attack at the prospect of walking out. My husband thought I was gonna get us kicked out! After I got control and once i revealed myself... More

Spending a cold and wet Decemebr afternoon in the Friedrichsbad was absolutely heavenly and an experience that shouldn't be missed. Admittedly, being totally naked feels a bit uncomfortable at first, but is soon forgotten once you enter the almost silent world of these baths. The soap and brush scrub was fantastic and we came out feeling squeaky clean afterwards. A... More

We loved our time at the spa. At first I was nervous, considering it is a nude spa, but really it's nothing to worry about. Plus, odds are you'll never see any of the people there again! All joking aside, the atmosphere is very respectful and spa like. Everyone is there to relax and so no one is worried about... More

We Americans are not often offered the option of soaking sans clothing with the opposite sex, but it was "mixed night" when I happened to try out the Bad. An odd experience overall, or should I say exotic simply because it was all so foreign. The price is about 25 euro for what they said would be a 2 hour... More

And nude. But there are separate baths for men and women. Body scrub is fabulous - get the Soft scrub. More

I thought it is like Caracalla though design is more ancient. Actually it is totally different! So there are some variaties of saunas, and when you come in you are given an instrustion from what to start and where to end (actually all halls have numbers so you feel ok even when you do not know). When you finish you can... This place is like a temple. The art, the tiles, even if you were not soaking and being pampered this would be a place to visit. I cant imagine how they keep it so clean either. If your near Baden Baden this is a must visit place. The domed ceilings all over the place, the marble. Just beauitiful At the... More
