Big church,great location,lots of interesting statues,but there is no english sign,have to buy the guide book to understand The altar is awesome,too bad its really hard to take photo because we are not allowed to go to the front (its chained) More

Great church, but you have to pay the 2 euro to climb to the stop of the spire. The view up there is incredible. More

This was beautiful (as all old churches in Europe are) but it's still worth even a quick look. We saw it as part of our walking tour and the history is fabulous. More

After a long climb you are rewarded with a wonderful view, it's definitely worth it. It gets very crowded at the top, and it's actually quite small, so be patient and you'll be rewarded with a good spot eventually. More

If you are in Marienplatz don't forget to go inside the church. Note that you can also go up in the tower, but the view is the same from this one or the one in the City Hall so if short on time, choose one. More

We timed our visit to the church so that we were at the top of the tower by 10:45am - just before the clock chimes and 'performs' in the square below. The 350+ step tower is a great workout - but like many towers in Europe, there is no traffic coordination, it's just squeeze by whoever is coming up or... More

You can walk up the 133 steps of the St Peters tower for 1,5 Euro and get a great view of Munich! More

Not too expensive and pretty amazing. There are so many objects of every kind put together under one roof, it is absolutely awesome. Although not as interactive as some science museums aimed for children, everyone will find something they like in there. More
