Small church in the centre. Nice to see. Builded in very interisting style. More

The Frauenkierche isn't large, but is worth visiting if you're in the Altstadt of Nuremberg. The church exterior is stunning, and the interior is very nice. This had a wonderful atmosphere during the Christmas markets in December 2011. More

This is a gorgeous church- I admire the architecture of the churches - so Nuremberg is heaven! The Christmas market had just started when we visited - so the square was bustling with vendors and shoppers. Do take time to visit the churches and appreciate them. The astronimical clock is fun to watch as well (at noon). More

We were here during the Christmas MArket when the Nuremberg Angel makes her appearance. It is a lovely church and that experience made it all the more so - I then had to buy a Nuremberger Engel for my Christmas mantelpiece. Viele Touristen beobachten mittags um 12 Uhr das Männleinlaufen, bei dem sich die sieben Kurfürsten mit den Reichskleinodien vor dem Kaiser verneigen .
