My favorit museum on the museum Insel is by fare the Bode museum, with icons and Sculpture Collection and Museum of Byzantine Art. When describing the art of the museum it would sound a bit dull, a collection of sculptures in wood, some religious and some not. But so beautiful and delicatly carved in wood and painted.
