Food and service were excellent. Be sure to get a seat as soon as the concert hall opens. Do not splurge for VIP ticket. Section A is good enough. Bought ticket on Expedia and was lots cheaper than castle website

This is not exactly in the centre of berlin and took me approximately half hour to get to but definitely worth it. It is a beautiful and tastefully decorated royal residence and the audio guide is very helpful precise and interesting. Travelling from England to Germany, I did not find the entrance fee excessive for this palace nor at any...

There is a special attraction pass that you can only buy at Sanssouci that allows you to get into Charlottenburg, too, but you can’t get it at Charlottenburg. If you plan to do both palaces, you have to get to Sanssouci right when it opens in order to see most everything there and still be able to get to Charlottenburg...

The Palace was amaizing, but the workers in charge need to organize things better. The wait in line was 20 minutes, yet their were only five people in front of me. Then once i payed for the ticket, 16 Euros, i couldn't take pictures. To do that cost 3 more Euro's. So i had to go back to the end...

However, the rooms were beautiful and we thought it well worth the visit. There were positives and negatives about going on Monday. On the plus side there were no crowds and we were...

The Old Palace and the New Wing have their own attractive highlights, making both worth doing. The gardens are okay, but the rest of the park need not be visited as there isn't much to see of interest and it just turns out to be a walk in the park.
One thing though, it said in our museum pass book...

I would not rate this site high on my list of things to see in Berlin. The gardens are beautiful but the palace not worth the trip or cost of entrance.

We bought the VIP tickets to this event. First, it is a pretty far walk from the closest U station, so ladies, wear comfortable shoes with that fancy dress. Signage to find the dinner venue is lacking, but by asking a guard we found it. Dinner was fair. Fixed menu, small portions, okay taste. The dessert was supposed to be...

It's ok but compared to the ones I have seen in Bavaria, Nymphenburger Schloss for example; this one is like a toolshed. The inside is nice though. Typical palace of the era. If you can't make it to Munich then I suggest skipping this and visiting Sans Soucis in Potsdam.
