Travelled to Berlin as we managed to get tickets for the U2 360 Tour at the Olympiastadion on 18th July 2009. The place was heaving and buzzing with eager anticipation before the show began. Whilst waiting for the show to start he crowd amused themselves with the Mexican Wave and then Snow Patrol came on and did an awesome performance.... more

A must-visit for people who travel to learn about history. The audio tour is very accessible and provides a nice overview of the stadium. It takes you on a walking tour around the stadium itself both inside and outside. Definitely worth the visit. more

This was a must do while I was in Berlin. This, along with the Luftwaffe HQ is probably one of the best surviving examples of Nazi ideas on architecture. Albeit, with modern improvements. The audio tour is very informative and tells you all about the stadium, the surrounding controversial statues and the parade ground, swimming pool and belltower. I was... more

My girlfriend and I went here while sightseeing in Berlin. It costs Eu4 to get in, another Eu2.50 for an audio guide, but for the full guided tour (German only costs Eu12). The self guided tour is fine. You can wander around the stadium and its grounds, and go inside the spectator area, however without a guide you cannot go... more
