Einstein Coffee is in Friedrichsstr next to Checkpoint Charly, so you can see there the for tourists rebuilded Checkpoint Charly. The Coffee is nice and comfortable. The Coffee is really great and the food is alos delicious and tasty. We have been there on Berlin trip for two times and we really like it. More

It might initially look like another tourist trap, but it is not! Had brekfast there, lasted us until 10pm when we had dinner. Coffees are excellent, food is almost as good. Had to go back for coffee, and opnce more for desserts hot chocolate (add cointreau for a kick) and that's in less than 30 hours. Go, go, GO! More

I suppose I did expect an Einstein themed restaurant instead was met with a white collar coffee shop. Our disappointment was quickly remedied by the food...wow. It was well portioned and tasty and the bread was fresh. More

Cafe Einstein is OK. It's about as good as most coffee shops. Great location to sit and watch the happenings at Checkpoint Charlie as it's right there. More

Prior to trying Einstein's, I didn't think it was possible to get a decent espresso anywhere in Europe except Italy. But these people do it to perfection. Throw in terrific pastries and a cool clientele and you have a must stop for foodies. More

We chose Cafe Einstein near the Nollendorfplatz as a cheaper alternative to our hotel's 19 euro breakfast. For a couple days running, we walked 1 1/2 blocks to Cafe Einstein where we had the double decker breakfast for two for 25 euros. This place is a breakfast-lover's paradise. The hubby had sticker shock from the 4.5 euro kaennchen of strong,... More

A must for breakfast in Berlin. Sometimes quite busy but you should get a table after a short wait. Very good quality and lots of it. More

Cafe Einstein is a great cafe on the way to Brandenberg Gate. Excellent coffee and desserts. It has a nice outside dining area where travellers can enjoy a nice mid-morning snack while watching passers-by. A nice stop on the way to Brandenberg Gate or anywhere else in the area. More
