The Palmengarten in Frankfurt is a beautiful example of botanic gardens. There is quite a lot of indoor areas, so even in bad weather it is worth visiting. Outdoors, stroll through the park-like gardens filled with statues and fountains. Inside, there are huge cacti and other plants, including a section with banana, coffee, mango and other interesting exotic plants. My... more
