We suffered from jet lag so we went walking and walking until we came to the RhineTower. Took the elevator to the top at night. It was inexpensive (4Euros) and a beautiful view. Didn't eat there though. It was late and we weren't hungry.. More

The prices are very affordable, and the view shows a lot of Düsseldorf and the surrounding area. The windows at the top are labeled to point out what you're basically looking at, and the view goes for a long way. Definitely recommended for nice days of weather. A good day trip would be to go through the Altstadt, head down... More

Did not have to queue for too long to get up. Helpful writing on the windows at top indicating what was where. Children enjoyed leaning onto the windows which gave them a feel of looking out over the city. More

We took a student group (17-19 years old) up the Rheinturm, and they absolutely loved it! It is impressive to be that high up, and the view is really amazing! The only disadvantage: entry prices are quite high. Even as a group we had to pay 3,20 Euro per person! And if you consider that one only stays up at... More

Maybe I am being a little critical but compared to Auckland or Torontto tower dusseldorf is not really that exciting. You did get to see down the Rhine but do not think it is worth the ERO$4. The cafe was very basic. Did not get to see the resturant as it was not open. More

Very affordable (4 Euros) and worth the view. You don't need to stay there long at all. The outside observation deck is a wash as too much fencing has ruined the view. More

I have never spent much time in Dusseldorf - it has usually been a run-through but this time we stayed overnight at the Nikko (see my review on that property). It was a great experience down by the river and in the streets leading to that area. Lots of restaurants, bars, clubs - it really felt like a warm and... More

3 points for the view; 0 for service and value for money. So you van go for the view, but that's it. Take care of good weather! More
