Great Christmas shopping in Düsseldorf, but plan you your visit during the week. Durings weekends it is extremely busy.
If you like beer and pubs, Old Town is heaven. Plenty of restaurants and food offerings in the bar for those who insist on eating. It would take you a week or more to visit every bar in Allstadt. If you like the nightlife, ideally you stay near here because this has it all. A perfect trip to Dusseldorf for... More
Nice and big city centre with a comprehensive range of shops, good restaurants and bars. Traditional Christmas market is nice and cozy but can be very busy. Lots of outdoor activities, stalls and heated terraces.
After walk near Reno You finish in the All Stadt , this is a very nice place , full of restaurant and brasserie , small shops and more !! We are very happy to cross this place !
Concentration of restaurants, pubs in the Alstadt where a sausage, alt beer, goose and schweinhaxen can be found along with tapas restaurants and even Chinese food.

Also along the riverside in the summer you will find tons of small restaurants and bars to enjoy your evening! Much better... More

Great choice of bars and eateries great for a quite stroll and then a walk along the river. There is a lot of building work going... More

This was a rushed visit, none the less I am grateful that we got here and what I did get to see. Altstadt is a perfect slice of old Germany. The architect is very impressive and the streets are lined with pubs and shops. We treated ourselves to tea and cake at one of the many cafes. No trip here... More
