The Schloss Reichsburg towers majestically above the medieval town of Cochem on the Moselle River. The town is quite attractive but parking is difficult. Don't do what we did and follow the "zum burg" signs. There is almost no parking near the castle so we had to settle for the Stadt carpark and hoof it up the steep hill.
