Wind your way through the Juderia to this fascinating glimpse into the history of the Sephardic Jews in Spain. Signage in Spanish, but they will give you a translation. You will never look at the Inquisition in quite the same way again. And on your way, you can stop in the little shop of the very nice man who sells... More

It's not easy to learn about, but important to know about what happened to the Jews during the Spanish Inquisition. Casa de Sefarad tells the story, and also shows us a lot of beautiful artifacts from the Sephardic Jews of the 14th and 15th Century. More

Casa de Sefarad is really fascinating . It provides a history of Jewish settlement in Cordoba, which includes the background and fate of a number of prominent citizens during the Spanish Inquisition. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well worth a visit. More

Interesting museum which provides history of the Jewish community in cordoba. Most displays are also in English, and for the ones that were nit, there was a hand out. Gave more context and appreciation of the plight of this community in Spain. Worth a visit to support this museum. More

This interesting little museum is just across the street from the Sinagoga. Apparently there are only 8 Sephardic Jewish families left in Cordoba, but they are very active in establishing this museum and sharing their history with tourists. A fascinating insight into this area in Cordoba. More

We were lucky enough to visit Casa de Sefarad on a day when they were going to have a flamenco concert in their beautiful open courtyard that evening. So while we walked through the museum, we contemplated whether to get tickets for this concert. It is a small museum, but very well organized, and each room tells a clear and... More
