Families will enjoy this park as it is quite scenic and has a small petting farm for people of all ages. We just thought that it was a bit overpriced - but understand that the upkeep as well as the care of the animals has its price.
Beware of the bird observation area - one of the furry feathered creatures...

Apart from having to pay 3€ to use the car park, everything well worth the ticket money.
We bought our tickets from Rubens Exchange in Benalmadena at 10% discount from the gate price. The drive from Benalmadena took us no more than 50 mins to an hour following the basic, but adequate, instructions from Selwo` leaflet.

Selwo is an African themed safari park housing 2000 animals from giraffes to panthers in semi-wild conditions. Only 20 minutes drive away (and on the public transport route) from Estepona Marina, Selwo is ideal for the perfect family day out. It can include a fair amount of walking so make sure you take your sun tan Lotion to cover up...

Very expensive but it worth to pay for it, because it is so big and it have so many things to see and to do taht you can stay there the whole day. And if you go with childrens they would love it!

My wife and I went here to take photographs and were very pleasantly surprised to find just how good an attraction it is.
A large park area with lots of wild animals on display in large pens, including Bengal Tigers, Cheetahs, Rhinoceros etc. You can walk around and use the 'safari trucks' to get from one area to another. This...

Although the weather wasn't ideal, we had fun with 2 18 month olds, 1 3 year old, Mums & Dad and 2 Grandmothers! The truck rides between each section of the park were unexpectedly fun. A little like Jurassic Park. Worth a visit.

This was much better than we thought it would be. Loads of animals to see and great truck rides through the mountains. Even off season it was worth a visit. The only downside was the rubbish food in the restaurant. Remember to take a packed lunch...!
