Visiting the Malaga glass museum was a very special experience, particularly as there are very few of them in Europe. Due to road works we had a little difficulty in finding it in the shadow of the ST Felipe Neri church, the effort was well worth while! Our tour was conducted by one of the three owners, who's knowledge and... More

If you love glass and crystal this is a 'must do' made even better by the knowledgeable and humorous guided tour of the owner. The house is a fantastic example of a beautiful home in the backstreets of Malaga. The glass and crystal on display is wonderful and the Museum is a credit to Malaga and clearly loved by all... More

Don't be fooled by the name - although there is plenty of Glass and Crystal, this is essentially a tour around a beautiful house with a lot of interesting heir looms. We had a private tour round the house from one of the owners and it was fascinating hearing about all the paintings of ancestors, sculptures, artifacts, furniture as well... More

This museum is housed in a wonderful building that has been lovingly brought back from the brink of distruction by three passionate men over 8 years. Sitting down in deep comfortable chairs in the entarance hall our personal guided tour by one of the proud owners started with a brief history of the building and why it was chosen to... More

A stunning typical Malag-an house, with beautiful artefacts and stories behind them. Great if you have a spare hour and want to see someone's private collection of beautiful objects but as you are attached to the tour guide you can't break free if this isnt your thing. Lovely to know the there are people out there in the world who... More

This is not a museum in the common sense. It is housed in a privately owned 18th century mansion and each tour is given personally by the owner & collector of the glass & crystal. Each room is representative of a different era and has his glass and his family's furniture from the same time period. He has spent years... More

This beautiful museum lived up to all the superlatives that have been mentioned in previous reviews. The old house/palace that it is housed in has been restored superbly and the glass is displayed to show what a stunning yet useful substance it is. My partner & I were shown round by the owner (another private tour!) and he obviously has... More

This was one of the best museum experiences I have had. The collection is stunning and wonderfully displayed in a beautifully restored old house in the historic centre. We were shown round by the owner whose knowledge and passion made the vist so much more enjoyable. A must see. More
