This is a great museum in a fantastic building. Anyone interested in art should go. However expect to see a lot of sketches and fewer finished works although there are plenty. What a wonderful find in the heart of Malaga!....Was great to see the more unknown works of Picasso. The musuem is off of a wonderful shopping street and fairly well marked. Like other posters we found the displays slightly disappointing. Those not fans of Cubism etc will find his early work interesting I think, likewise the ceramics and other objects. Staff are (rightly I suppose) very keen on bag searches and leaving cameras at reception and youll find an eagle eyed person in every room. Entrance is E6. The building itself... more

The building was lovely but there just was not a lot of works on display by picasso...a lof of sketches and some of his earlier works, but I think the Picasso Museum in Barcelona is MUCH MUCH better.
