Plaza Nueva was right off our hotel (just a few minutes’ walk away) It was a central location for getting places, whether that be shopping, the cathedral, the Alhambra or the Albaicin neighborhood. Overpriced restaurants in a less charming plaza than the Paseo de los Tristes that leads up from it. More

Ohr hotel was located next to it and we found his place to be quite central to access everything. You can walk to the Alhambra from there and there is also a taxi lineup. Small convenience store and the pharmacy also proved quite usefull. More

Go to a place called La Antequerra (something like that) for the most free tapas with your drink order (we ordered vino tinto, red wine) anywhere in Spain. They give you a ham and cheese sandwich plus french fries. Around the corner is Bodega something that also gives free tapas with your drink and has a great selection of Sherries.... More

its is a nice plaza, anyway one hour is enough to have a look at it, it is bettere to spend som more time in the small streets around Bib Rambla square More

I stayed on the Plaza Nueva. It was a perfect location for getting buses to the Alhambra and around Albayzin. More
