This is a beautiful structure with a lot of interesting history. Guides are available. Allow plenty of time to visit this attraction and do obseve the intricate carvings in the ceilings. One area is the working seat of government for the province. More

The architecture was fantastic, very interesting and different from all the buildings and attractions we've been to in Barcelona. However, given the fact that it was a pay-to-enter museum, the arrangement of museum was very poor. No explanations were given and all the artefacts were scattered in different rooms.
