If you love to hike, the Monasterio de Piedra is a must-visit. Located off the main highway between Barcelona and Madrid, the monastery and natural park are approximately 60 km west of Zaragoza. The 12-Century Cistercian monastery has since been turned into a hotel but they still offer tours of the building. The grounds and natural park around the monastery... more

Although I lived near this true miracle of the nature more than three years, in Zaragoza, it happened to visit Monasterio de piedra just once, but I would return there anytime.
