The mount is accessed by a windy, fairly steep but easy road .
Unfortunately is is somewhat overshadowed by the military aerials on the mount but try to ignore these.
Easy and free parking.

Being into hiking, we decided to walk up Monte Toro... in the blazing afternoon sun... Not the best idea!, but worth it when we got to the top, absolutely stunning view of the entire island. The restaurant and shop aren't great but the chapel is nice and peaceful- though what we enjoyed the most was just walking around and soaking...

What a wonderful place to go. Highest point in Menorca. Can see all round island. The only thing that spoils it is the masts beside the statue but hey thats itl. Nice terrace to sit and have drink or bite to eat

Monte Toro is the highest point in Menorca and approached by a winding steep road.
