It's not easy finding a spot in Lanzarote that's secluded and special, but Kalufa knows exactly how to make this happen. The guys that run the place are nice, honest, and simple people who love to surf and enjoy sharing their passion with others. I was there for two weeks and had a blast. Roberto, you rock! Can't wait to... More

Hi, we are a Surfer family and have been in Lanzarote many times. We used to take our surfboards with us but last year we discovered it was going to be quite expensive so we contacted Roberto who explained us about Kalufa Surf School's services. Once there, it was great, he was so kind and nice to us, we could... More

Great island, beautiful beaches. The teacher really took his time for us, even on the day that we were just a group of 2. I was very happy with the tuition and the results. Lots of fun, learned to stand up on my board and more. And they took pictures of it all. The apartment in La Santa was simple... More

After the excellent reviews for this surf school, my friend and I decided Kalufa would be the ideal surf school for myself a complete novice and my friend an avid surfer to learn and improve on our skills. However, I regret to say that I was given no safety talk before entering the water and coincidentally had a bad knock... More

We were not in 2 groups, despite being very different abilities. The owener said "don't worry because beginner and intermediate stay in the same beach but different group". This was the key factor in choosing them over over other surf schools. We did not get the tuition we needed and paid for, as everyone in the group was completely different... More

I went to Lanzarote for a week to have a good rest and to have some fun surfing. Both needs were completely satisfied :-) The appartment in La Santa has all the equipment you need and there's a terrace on the roof, were you can sit, lie down in the sun as well as in the shade. The people from... More

I spent a week at Kalufa surf school in April, accomodations, equipment rental and lessons. I had only positive experiences and would recommend it to anyone. First - Accomodations. The week before I arrived, the head instructor, Roberto, emailed me to see when my flight arrived. He offered me four different options for how to get from the airport to... More
