Not only were we disappointed with the entire island of Tenerife but with Playa de la Arena/Spring Hotels as well. The staff were rude and dismissive. All of them! Reception, waiters, maitre' d, pool staff, bar managers...It was unbelievable. The last straw was when one of the pool staff leered at our 15 year old daughter. It was revolting. And... more

We have stayed in two different apartments in Playa de la Arena over the Christmas period and have had thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing holidays. On each occasion, we have eaten our festive lunch outside in hot sunshine, watching people swimming in the sea. We have been assured that this part of Tenerife has the sunniest, driest weather of the whole... more
