If you are a student, or someone in possesion of an International Student Card this museum is free on Thursday afternoons. I never managed to get to visit when I was a student there from Sept '06- June '07 but would urge others to. more

I visited this lovely museum on a Sunday morning in November 2004. What a great surprise...something for everyone, even if you are not an art lover: doll collections, stained glass, porcelain figurines, furniture etc. Two floors; a free english language pamphlet explaining the exhibits; very few visitors. A sheer delight. Also the gift shop had some very good priced souvenirs more
