We walked the Ciutadella Park on our way toward la Barceloneta coming from la Ribera . It was nice to sit down besides the lake , admire the big fountain and take pictures of the huge elephant but it was more a relaxing place than a sightseeing area . More

Nice park, very clean, next to the Zoo, preferred by the sport practitioners so be careful! Don't miss the full size mammoth to take pictures. More

We enjoyed our coffee in front of the fountain. The park is large enough so one can find a less crowded places for a rest. But be beware of thieves, one on bicycle tried to steal our camera. More

Cut up through this park when walking from Bari Gothic area to the sacred heart church. We liked it as it was much quieter than the busy Bari Gothic and La Rambla areas. A welcome break for an hour or so More

One of the only park in the city center, just next to El Borne. It is a beautiful and very pleasant park to stroll around, take a drink, booking or snaping... the green house is beautiful More

There is a spectacular and monumental waterfall, called the Cascada, that was designed by Fontsere with the help of a student called Gaudi. I used to live right next to ciutadella park - it was beautiful to walk throught here evreyday to go to the beach - I miss it very much! More

Lovely park, enjoy a row around the the lake and a chill out on the grass verges, ignore the 'Don't step on the grass' signs and be vigilant of your belongings, (especially when the Lin Badan cyclists are around) because the police are not. More

After a very long day of walking soaking up such a vibrant city - it was lovely to just stroll along away from the crowds and enjoy relaxing in the warm winter sunshine. More
