I have been there with my wife on our Spanish friend recommendation. We were really disappointed by the menu and the food quality. The menu is not original we were expecting more choice and Catalan specialties. What they are offering you can get pretty much everywhere. It is a shame because the restaurant surrounding is nice. A wonderful place to eat and relax whilst admiring the fantastic architecture surrounding the square. It is also the best place to escape the madness and prices of La Ramblas, being just a minute's walk off to the east about 3/4 of the way down from Placa Catalunya.
