We booked the English speaking class on a Friday and opted for the optional Market tour. We had hoped to get a spot for an evening class but to be honest, it was a great way to spend the day. If you have a lot of time to spend in Barcelona then pick the day class. If you are short... More

What a fabulous afternoon! Our cook, Maria, was energetic, knowledgable and fun. Our class was an English speaking class but we had people from all over the world. The food was great. We all participated in the preparation and learned quite a bit from Maria about Barcelona and traditional dishes. I would highly recommend this as a way to connect... More

My partner and I booked on a half day course in May. It was everything it should be - fun, sociable, tasty, educational. Only suggestion is that I am not sure if the optional tour of The food market is worthwhile - you really need to wander around this in your own time. Difficult to do successfully in a group. More

We cooked it and believe it or not, it was the best tasting Paella of our trip. More

For my wife's B-day we decided to take this class...as the weather was supposed to be rainy and we looking for a quiet day. The experience turned out to be one of the best during our week in Barcelona. Unfortunately the Boqueria was closed (May 1st-holiday) but the dishes and insights and tips provided by the chef were unforgettable. We... More

The cooking class was quite large, about 12 participants all up. We each took part in preparing different parts of the menu. It was very social, you mix a lot with the class as you work on different stations. Being such a large class though meant that there was a lot going on a once and you couldn't see everything... More

Since we enjoyed so much the spanish cuisine we were wondering if there was any place to learn cooking some of the traditional dishes. We found "Cook & Taste" on Tripadvisor and it was the best way to end our holidays. We had such a good time and learned how to cook an entire menu. We were lucky to find... More

Really loved our four hour cooking experience. Maria was lovely, knowledgable and very witty! She got everyone involved and made the dishes look easy. Loved the use of seasonal ingredients and Maria's recipes. Some great wee tips on cooking that I have brought home with me. Chose this cos the weather forecast said rain - it lied but really glad... Like other reviewers have commented, we were hosted by Lluis, the chef/cello player. A delightful man, clearly proud of his city, and skilled in his work. We took the optional visit to el mercat la bouquera beforehand, which is a highly recommended start to the day. Our group of 7 shared in the cooking under Lluis's expert guidance - the... More

I love taking cooking classes in other countries. I was looking forward to this being another great experience. By email and at the start of the class I shared my mobility issues. I have to walk slow. The instructor said no problem they would walk slow to the market. I said if there would be a problem I could stay... More

Day after day, our main goal is always to offer our clients the most enjoyable experience. That is why it makes us so sad to read your words. I believe you know we made all what was in our hands to treat you during the 5 hours you spent with us. I guess it was not enough. And I assume... More
