From our visit to the Mercat de la Boqueria we realized that chocolate was big in Spain so when we saw the chocolate museum on our tourist map we knew we had to go there. It was worth the visit. For 4€ it was a cheap attraction and we learnt a lot about chocolate. The sculptures are amazing.

The museum consists mostly of chocolate sculptures and other descriptive history placards that was not too interesting. The cafe is right at the ticket entry and very small, but don't let its appearance deter you from ordering their hot chocolate.
