Look out for a couple of good bookshops, selling English guidebooks and maps, plus some nice ceramic outlets, and good quality clothing boutiques

At Ramblas you have lot of goons who call themselves Police. If they come to know that you dont no spanish and new to the place they try to cheat money.I was at Ramblas searching for my hotel . La Rambla means just that ,a place to ramble , Barcelona,s by far being the greatest. From golden days gone by people would dress in there finest and stroll up/down the Ramblas showing themself off. Nowadays people tend to always be in a hurry ,So while your on your vacation sit at nice side cafe and do some people watching...
