We had no trouble navigating this station and finding our train quickly. Nothing fancy. Utility oriented, as it should be.

We arrived to Madrid and left by the way of this busy station and during our stay took a day trip to Toledo on the AVE train from it. We are pleased by how easy our connections were to the metro which stops within the station. There were attendants to assist tourists and we felt very safe with the level...

Good customer service point. Easy to buy tickets and reserve seats for rail journeys all over Spain. Day trip to Toledo easy to do. Take hop on hop off bus from Toledo station to top of town.

There are many pickpockets around, so one should...
