Unless you are really into aviation history there is no point in going. Some airplanes outside and a few more inside. More

Walk towards the flow of traffic at the side of railway line and past the bus stop, basically there's a path... More

This free museum was absolutely excellent. Some aircraft outside and even more, inside individual hangers. Well laid out and organized. There are types I never even knew existed and many I have only seen in pictures. If you are a aviation geek (like me) you will giggle all day. Check the times you want to go as they close early... The museum is accessible by car or by taking a metro to the Cuatro Vientos station and then riding a bus to the Ecuola de Transmissiones stop (best ask the driver as a number of buses head towards Alcorcon and not all of them drive by or stop near the museum). Among the highlights is Hispano HA-200 Super Saeta aircraft,... More

This is another must visit location if you happen to be in madrid. Located adjacent to the military and civil airfield of Cuatro Vientos just south west of Madrid. Many aircraft that you will not see anywhere else and a collection of some 200 aircraft. Entry was free and you get a guide leaflet too. Cafe on site and no... More
