After 4 visits to La Manga Club, despite the slight effect on the resort due to the recession, we would go back. We always relax when we are there and the kids enjoy the pools, restaurants and beach.

We have played tennis at La Manga for over 10 years and had long and short breaks there, staying in villas and the hotel. In busier periods, there are lots of enjoyable tournaments, both friendly and competitive, nearly every day. The club afternoons are great for meeting people. It is quite expensive to book a tennis court though. I have...

We stayed in a friend's villa at the La Manga Club complex and would recommend it.
La Manga Club has everything you need for a perfect getaway, if you wanted to stay without venturing out it's fully equipped to meet every need. We did, however, find that many of the acitivities had either closed or were winding down as the...

I rented a villa in La Manga Club Resort for 2 weeks . I attended 2 sets of tennis coaching sessions - the 'Weekend Warriors' for 6 hours over 2 days and the 'Tennis Academy' for 10 hours over 5 days . Each session starts with warm up and then moves on to drills , often very complex drills ....

Attended the 10 hour academy for the week. Had booked on the gold academy but was told a few days before that they didn't have sufficient numbers to run that program and substituted private lessons to make up the shortfall. The condition of the courts and facilities are second to none, beautifully maintained clay courts, the second you leave a...

Our first trip to La Manga Resort seven years ago resulted in the purchase of a timeshare at Peninsula Club before departing! Our three children (and an extra friend most years!) have had terrific holidays playing golf, lessons at the tennis academy, driving range, swimming, spa, etc. We have enjoyed most of the eateries, bars and shops in the resort...

Having read some of the reviews, I felt duty bound to make one of my own. Having been to La Manga many many times for many years I can absolutely recommend it. There is no doubt that recession has hit hard and the club is currently being run by the receivers as the last owners used the resources to prop...

We have just returned from 2 weeks at La Manga Club. We stayed in a fantastic villa (18 Montemares) booked through Lamangaclubresort.com. It was someone's family villa they let out, very luxurious, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 lounges, full size pool table and table football. Flat screen TVs, Playstation and the whole place was Wi-Fid - lovely....

Just got back from a week's holiday at La Manga Club. We had a 3 bedroom villa in the Miradores Complex. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The bedrooms were spacious but the downstairs felt quite cramped for 5 (it could sleep 6). It was also set up in the hillside so a steep hill and then lots...
