This may be a fun thing for beginners. But as someone who feels pretty comfortable in the kitchen, I expected to learn some insights into Italian cooking. Frankly, the food was dissapointing, and the staff somewhat insulting. I expected a hands on experience, but we simply watched while she did the cooking. My son and I took a 3 hour lesson here earlier last month, and we really enjoyed our time there. Though the menu was a bit too basic for my taste, it was perfect for my 9 year old. We made panzarotti, gnocchi and tiramisu, and though I would have preferred a more locally specialized menu, it was still fun.... more
